Data Deletion
How to ask TRUSTEDGE LTD to delete personal data we hold about you.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
How to make a request
Contact us by telephone on +44 7951 532474, or in writing to our registered office: 49 Masefield Crescent, Romford, England, RM3 7PH.
Email channel: nina.cris.elis@gmail.com
Information we need
- Your full name.
- The telephone number or email address you used to contact us.
- Any property address or reference that helps us find your records.
Verifying your identity
Where needed, we may ask for proportionate information to confirm you are the person the data relates to. We will not ask for more than is necessary.
How we handle requests
We will review your request, locate relevant records and confirm to you what has been deleted, or explain why any data must be kept. We aim to respond within the timeframe required by UK data protection law.
Data we may need to keep
Some records may need to be retained where required by law (for example, accounting or tax obligations), to meet contractual obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims. If so, we will tell you.
Stopping communications versus deletion
Asking us to stop contacting you is different from asking us to delete your data. We can stop communications straight away; to do so we may keep a minimal record that you have asked not to be contacted.
Meta applications
TRUSTEDGE LTD does not currently operate a connected Meta (Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp) application, and no automatic deletion callback exists.
